Change my consent preferencesAgainst the backdrop of an unprecedented health and economic crisis, the year 2020 will have demonstrated the resilience of the Patrimmo Commerce REIT.
The steering of the SCPI's performance, as well as the work carried out by the asset management teams to recover rents or make adjustments for tenants most exposed to the crisis, have made a major contribution to Patrimmo Commerce's overall performance, with a payout rate on the 2020 market value* of 3.41%.
In a context of persistently low interest rates that support the market, Patrimmo Commerce focuses on "essential" retail properties located in city centers in France and Europe that have demonstrated their resilience over the long term.

**The financial occupancy rate expresses the share of rents, invoiced occupancy indemnities and rental compensation indemnities in total billable rents, assuming that all of the SCPI's assets were rented.
